JAPN 300: Introduction to Advanced Communication
Course Description: This is a bridge course from intermediate to advanced Japanese language. Students expand their cultural knowledge and language by investigating and comparing a broader range of topics in Japanese.
In JAPN 300, I continued studying Japanese language, grammar, and kanji to help meet the requirements of MLO 1. Each chapter consisted of 4 to 5 new grammar points and we were tested through both daily quizzes, oral interviews, and oral presentations as well as through traditional tests.
Our oral presentations consisted of both talking about ecolife in our hometown, our child life and how we would like to raise our future children, and a make believe scenario where we contributed something to society in the future and were being given a memorial service.
